Currently we are sending all orders with FedEx Priority, since it is the most reliable and fastest shipping option under the current circumstances. As soon as other shipping methods become reliable again, we will add them to our shipping options .
If there is any delay due to COVID-19 or other reasons beyond our control, we will always keep you informed. If we are not able to ship an item to you, we guarantee an immediate and full refund on all orders.
Is it safe to receive a package from an area where COVID-19 has been reported?
Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.

The number of COVID-19 cases is still comparatively moderate in Japan and we do not have government-imposed regulations such as currently exist in most parts of Europe and the United States. Nonetheless, we are closely following the hygiene guidelines published by WHO such as washing our hands regularly and using sanitizers after going outside. Our team mainly works from our home offices and social contact is kept to the minimum.
