At Kanojo Toys, we know how important discretion and privacy are to our customers.

How will my payment show up?

Payments will show up neutrally on your statements (either as "Paypal," "Verotel," or "OctoTrade Co., Ltd.," depending on your choice of payment method). Our shop name, the product name, or type of product you ordered will not appear.

What will appear on the package when my order arrives?

Your order is shipped to safeguard your privacy. The package is plain and no one can tell what is inside. The label is written by hand and includes only general descriptions of the contents (such as "Hobby kit" or "Toys").

The sender's field on the label does not show our shop name or logo, but only the name of our parent company, OctoTrade Co., Ltd.

Can you remove sexually explicit packaging?

At your request and at no additional cost, we can remove sexually explicit packaging and send the contents of your order without the original box(es). Please let us know either in the comment field when you place your order or by contacting us via email, stating your order number.

How and when will my order arrive?

We offer shipping via FedEx or EMS (an international express mail service via USPS, Parcelforce, DHL, and other postal services) with insurance and a tracking number. This means you can track the whereabouts and delivery window of your order. Delivery time is typically within 4-7 working days from receipt of payment.

Will my order arrive safely?

Needless to say, we take the greatest care in packaging the contents of your order to avoid any damage. Fragile contents are well-labelled as such to minimize rough handling during transport. In the unlikely event of any damage incurred in transit, we will take 100% responsibility and replace or fully refund damaged goods.
